About Me

Individual & Group Counselor

After spending many of my own teen years in counseling, meeting with professionals who appeared to be barely listening and without concern, I decided I wanted to be something different.

Education information: Undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and Masters Degree in Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX.

Professional Experience:

Group private practice in Castle Rock 2018-2022. 

Independent private practice 2022-present.

Current clients include teens, young adults, and women of all ages.

Group experience includes middle school, high school, and college students. 

My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, eating disorders, parent coaching, character and spiritual direction.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors in beautiful Colorado (I am a native after-all) skiing, hiking, playing volleyball, leading a Community Bible Study class for women and spending time with my family (husband & 3 kids) and friends.
